GUESS WHAT MY FRIENDS I HAVE A LITTLE SHOP!! WELL TO BE CORRECT I HAVE RENTED A SPACE WITHIN A NEW ANTIQUE AND CRAFT CENTRE IN CHESTERFIELD 29 BRIMINGTON ROAD (TO BE PRECISE!)I AM SOOOO EXCITED!! MY LOVELY PATIENT HUBBY HIRED A VAN AND WE SET EVERYTHING UP THIS MORNING!!iT DIDN'T TAKE LONG AS I HAD PRICED ALL THE ITEMS THE EVENING BEFORE.HERE ARE PICTURES FOR YOU!!aND FOR MRS CUSTARD THANKYOU FOR YOUR MESSAGE AND YES I DID BUY THE PURSE!THE LARDER CUPBOARD I BOUGHT FROM MATLOCK LAST WEEKEND BEFORE I EVEN KNEW I'D BE OPENING LA BOHEME!!WHAT A DIFFERENCE A WEEK MAKES!I'M GOING TO KEEP IT FOR NOW AND PAINT IT LAURA ASHLEYS DUCK EGG BLUE,WHEN I CAN FIND THE TIME!!i HAVE QUITE A LOT GOING ON AT THE MOMENT!!TOODLE PIP FOR NOW!

New tearoom!

Good afternoon today I discovered a new tea room,it's in Matlock at the back of a gorgeous shop called Bow Boutique,it was their opening day and it was LOVELY all painted furniture cath kidston oilcloth and best of all served on vintage china,just my cup of tea!IT'S SOOOO what I'd love to do Here are pictures.........and the pretty purse that I thought was sooo me!!The view from the window is Riber castle in Matlock.

FLEA FINDS!

Good Evening,I had a walk round my flea market in the sun and the wind!I got my bargains from the mad hatters stall(he once wore a top hat and the 7/6d sign perched in it so the name has stuck!)He has lots of boxes that have things in 50p each or three for a £1 so of course I HAVE to buy from him most weeks!Today a Worcester side handled teapot,no lid sadly so will have to use it as a planter!2 Spode plates and three little plates a cake plate and a lovely glass vase,you can never have too many flower holders!!all this for £3!Then from another prettily laid out stall a pretty Pansy cup and saucer £2.So just washed them in lovely hot sudsy water and photographed them for you to share!..........
